The Process
Browse Our Apartments
Use our listings page to browse available and coming-soon apartments. Filter by location, size, number of bedrooms, price, and more. Each listing has full details, photos, and a map.
Submit a Viewing Request
Found an apartment that interests you? Submit a viewing request directly through the property page. We ask a few simple screening questions — nothing complicated, just enough for us to understand your situation.
We Review and Confirm
We review every request personally. This is not an automated system — a real person reads your request and responds. We will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm a viewing time.
View the Apartment
We meet you at the property at the agreed time. No agents, no sales pressure. You have the opportunity to ask us anything directly.
Agree Terms and Sign
If you would like to proceed, we discuss the terms directly with you. A standard tenancy agreement is prepared, signed by both parties.
Move In
Pay the deposit and first month's rent, collect the keys, and move in. We handle any handover documentation and are available from day one.
No Agency Fees — Ever
Because we rent our own apartments directly, there are no agency fees, no finder's fees, and no commission charges on either side. What you see is what you pay.
