Our Story
M2 Properties is a family-owned residential property business. We own, manage and rent a carefully selected portfolio of apartments across Poland, Spain and Dubai, all under direct family management.
The name M2 reflects our approach: measured, considered, intelligent use of space. We believe that good housing should be straightforward: clear information, honest communication, and no unnecessary intermediaries between tenant and owner.
We started in Warsaw and have grown gradually, and we continue to expand our portfolio.
